Our mission is to transform the way eye care is experienced through a seamless on-site service that unites clinical precision, accessibility, and refined patient care.

About

“In traditonal clinic, one moment that I clearly remember to this day was a lovely elderly woman who’s eye condition meant that she had to consistently see me once every 3 months. She was very sweet and bubbly and we really got to know each other. One day, she suddenly stopped coming. I called her to ask about her wellbeing and discovered that while she understood the importance of getting her check done, she physically was not able to get into store because she recently broke her hip from a fall. It was from this moment I understood how many people were missing out on much needed care because of their circumstances.

With just a suitcase in hand, I made an effort to see her in her home which was unheard of at the time. I will never forget what a difference this made for her. This has been the core of Improve Eyes Mobile Optometry.

In the modern society and with the rising cost of living, we are expected to work full time and sometimes visiting a traditional clinic isn’t always practical. Time, mobility, and just life circumstances are often more pressing and what I saw was more people deferring their much needed eye care until it is too late. With the sweet woman in mind, I completely reimagined eyecare and made it my mission to bring the quality care and experience of optometry to meet people where they are.”
